Yeah, the way the word suggests the hill has magnetic property where its effect is shown to pull cars uphill.. It’s also said that the hill has strong enough force for aircrafts aiding them increase the altitude .

After u mentioned abt it , I checked the video once again .. But am not sure if it looks like the back lights are on in the reverse gear .
Assuming that they are on , still there is a possibility for the car lights alone to be on without touching the gears and the stearing ..
